New CēVē Features and Expanded Coverage

We are excited to announce the latest version of the CēVē app with new features and expanded coverage. Version 1.1 adds a speedometer display, new audible announcements, automatic driving detection, and Apple Watch support. This version also expands geographic coverage to over 35 cities and counties in 8 states.

Speedometer Display

The new speedometer displays your current speed along with a green arc that shows the range of speeds to arrive at a green light, and a red arc that shows the speed limit. This allows you to quickly glance at the display to receive speed guidance.

Audible Alerts

CēVē now provides audible announcements for all traffic light and speed information, including green lights, red lights, advisory speeds, and speed limit warnings. These announcements eliminate the need to view the display while driving, allowing you to see your preferred navigation app. CēVē will run in the background and provide information through your phone or vehicle speakers.

Automatic Driving Detection

With automatic driving detection, you no longer need to remember to start CēVē before driving and stop it when you’re done. CēVē will detect when you start driving and provide audible announcements in the background, and then automatically stop as soon as you’re done driving to conserve battery life.

Apple Watch Support

CēVē now supports Apple Watch when paired with an iPhone. Your watch will display the green light advisory speed while driving, and display a countdown timer when stopped at red lights. This provides a convenient way to check traffic light information whenever you want it by simply glancing at your watch.

Expanded Coverage

CēVē now supports select cities and counties in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Virginia, and Washington DC, with more coming soon. Please see our supported regions and subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we expand service.

You can download the CēVē app for iPhone now, or sign up to be notified when the Android version is available.
